1. How long will it take to build my home?

  • As an organization, we provide our future home owners with a closing date that indicates when they can anticipate the completion of their residence. The amount of time it will take to build a home is dependent upon a multitude of factors, which include the size of the home, the details of the home's design, and the availability of labour. We  provide our clients with detailed information pertaining to the construction schedule so they can anticipate when certain projects and milestones will be completed.  Please bring any questions regarding the construction process to our attention and we will be happy to discuss them with you.

2. Can I visit the construction site as my home is being built?

  • We understand that building a new home is an exciting and exhilarating time for future home owners. We think that our clients should be able to share in this excitement throughout every step of the journey; thus, we are willing to have our clients view their homes throughout the construction period. In the interest of safety and efficiency, we kindly request that all clients wishing to view their homes during the construction phase contact us so that we can schedule a time that does not delay development proceedings and does not expose our clients to risks of harm due to construction projects.

3. What if there is a delay in finishing my home?

  • Due to the nature of our work, we sometimes run into unexpected delays in completing the home by the anticipated closing date. In such an instance, we commit to providing as much notice as possible to our clients and we will work efficiently and collaboratively to mediate the specific issue and minimize the impact it will have on the construction process.
